Listen to Your Body: Finding the Right Massage for You

Hello, my wildflowers 🌻 Walking into a calming space in anticipation of a massage is exciting, but choosing the right type of massage can feel overwhelming when you’re presented with a long list of options. Short descriptions help, but when you’re dealing with a specific issue, you often need more clarity. My goal today is to make that decision easier by explaining the modalities I offer and who benefits most from each one. No massage I give is ever exactly the same. While I see similar patterns every day, each body responds differently. For example, two clients may come in with rotator cuff pain and limited range of motion. My initial assessment may look the same, but one client might respond beautifully to deep tissue and trigger point therapy, while the other tenses up and becomes rigid with deeper pressure.
